Developed ideas for Coffee Packaging

Wanting to move this project on quickly i wanted to get this wooden box made this week and not faf around with overcomplicating it and creating more work for myself i need to start making decisions and acting on them quickly.

Setting myself this deadline i set out on drawing very accurate and measured drawings so i don't have to come back to drawings and then do the measurements like i usually would. I feel drawing the box net to 2:1 scale really help accurately judge how big it was going to look and improve on productivity.

These first drawings was going to incorporate a jigsaw effect where the pieces would slot together and then be secured. I altered from my initial drawing a bit so i would now have a sliding front as well as top. i did this so i could have acrylic at the font so you can see how full your container is and also so the bottom could be cleaned if necessary as its going to be tall and not to wide so awkward to clean to the bottom.

I then drew this next design where by i left out the jigsaw join and went for a flat one which i could secure in place with small nails.
I prefer the look of this one compared to the jigsaw one i just think it looks more professional and a sleeker look to it.  Agin i went with the front and top been acrylic as i think this would make it much more user friendly.
I am going to take this one to lazer cutting as i think it has much more potential. i now need to take this into illustrator which is going to be very very easy now i have all the correct measurements.
