Similar to the Coaster packaging we wanted to keep everything nice and simple so it doesn't just fall apart like we have experienced previously.
Here is the net which we will be lazer-cutting. The outer sleeve will house both the sample book and also the coasters and the packaging that goes with them.
Here is the steps we took to make and also to book-rum the sleeve. It was a long and complex job which had many issues to try and get the best result out of it that we could. The book-rumming process was difficult to get perfect and also creating a sturdy box.
I'm happy with the final product although i would of liked it to be a little more refined. Maybe Max's awesome photography skills could sort that out.
