Opposites

i am very happy with the way this has turned out but i would like to see what it looks likei put some of the words used on new layer around the outside of the face so not to ruin the face but just give and idea of the persons personality without destroying the face.
i was impressed with the way this has turned out athough the words are quite hard to read.
after i created a layer mask on the layer with the lettering on and pasted my 2 tone portrait in. i then was left with the text only appearing in the area where the face is.
perviously i made all the words i chose into brushes on photoshop so i could easily and quickly copy them in different places.
here i filled my shadow in black then the mid-tones in grey. i am hapy with the way this has turned out as the main facial features where highlighted such as the eyes, lips, nose and eyebrows.
Next i had to highlight the different tones. and easier way of doing this rather than the magic wand tool or lasso tools is to use the colour range under the select bar. i first chose the shadow and then the mid-tones.
to make my typeface i took some pictures and i was looking for a clear contrast between the lights and darks. This is so i could get clear shadow.
